Fics like Rhiannon

ON OCTOBER 8TH, 1984, lorelai gilmore welcomed twin daughters into the world; lorelai and lorelai. though many found it odd for a mother to give her girls her own name, the sixteen-year-old paid little mind to their opinions. but to spare everyone a lifetime of confusion, the elder twin became lila, and the younger became rory. stars hollow raised the two girls as if they belonged to everyone. but lila gilmore was never meant to be a town girl. she cared for her hometown, of course. but she craved distance. she craved motion, change, and the thrill of not knowing what came next.
