Fics like It's a fair exchange if you're deaf, dumb, and blind...

It's been a summer since they both invited themselves over to Rory's house- now starting their senior year, Paris and Jess find themselves drawn to each other by circumstance. Jess hadn't intended to get a job in a Hartford bookstore, but Taylor Doose had made sure nobody in Stars Hollow would take him on. Paris is doing research for an extracurricular project and realises Jess might be the missing piece. Set in the beginning of season 3, runs parallel to the show. Inspired by Paris and Jess' dynamic in 'There's The Rub' Title taken from 'Cannock Chase' by Labi Siffre.
