Fics like feed a fever

“Bucky’s the best person in the world to stay with you when you’re sick. He’s the only reason I’m still around. We used to joke that it was a shame he hadn’t been born a dame, ‘cause he missed his calling as a nurse—don’t look at me like that; it was a compliment, and I think it’s swell that men can be nurses now. Anyway, Bucky’s great with colds. And the flu, and stomach bugs, and he’s actually pretty good with rheumatic fever too. Not so much with pneumonia, but you can’t really hold that against him.” Sam decides not to ask. “I don’t think I have pneumonia.” (Sam falls sick right when Steve needs to go out Avenging. Luckily, Bucky, who's less than a year free from being the Winter Soldier and mostly spends his days prowling around the house, is around to take care of him.)
