Fics like Merry Go Round

Amon would never forget the day he met Kaneki. When Amon found Eyepatch's unconscious body outside of the Aogiri compound, he made the most idiotic decision in his life to take the ghoul home with him and finally ask the burning questions he'd never had the chance to say. He knew he should kill Eyepatch, yet he couldn't bring himself to do so or turn him in. It was a betrayal to the CCG and what he stood for, yet as he came to know Kaneki little by little, maybe it hadn't been the most idiotic decision of his life, but his best. No matter what happened, Amon would never be able to regret his decision that night.
