Fics like The Last Train to Stop at Weaving Station

“Where’s the girl with the gun?” “My partner has already rode on out of here.” Butch hissed through gritted teeth. “She’s got enough sense to know not to hang around.” McGillicuddy laughed. The sound was ugly, broken, like a pianny that was out of tune and playing anyway. “Oh she’ll hang alright, you’ll both hang.” He paused, thought for a moment. “Or she’ll marry me and you will hang. I’m good enough to give her the choice.” ~*~ A train heist gone wrong lands Butch at the mercy of Henry McGillicuddy once more. It's been years since their last encounter and some things never change: Butch loves Annabelle and McGillicuddy wants what he can't have. Set after the events of 'Never Give Annabelle a Gun!' (Whumptober 2025 fills for Days 7, 8, 11, 14, 20, 27 & 31 - details in the notes)
