Fics like Lightning Amnesia

“You … you don’t remember?” Bobby asked carefully. “No?” Buck said, trying to think. “I … I don’t ... um.” “It’s alright, let me call a doctor.” Bobby said gently, but Buck was trying to think. “Ah, Mr. Buckley, good to see you awake.” A doctor Buck is pretty sure he’d never seen before stated. “You’ve worried a lot of folks, recently. But we’ll run some cognitive tests and see how much or how little the lightning affected you.” “Lightning?” Buck asked, his voice going up an octave. “What? I- I was struck by lightning?” “He doesn’t remember.” Bobby said quickly, his hand on Buck’s forearm, sliding it across his stomach, lessening the pain that had been shooting through it from moving too much and putting weight on it. “I didn’t ask anything else before calling you in.” OR Buck loses a year of his life after being struck by lightning. He isn't sure he's ever going to get his lost time back, but he has an amazing family by his side to help him figure it out.
