Fics like There's Darkness Behind Those Eyes (Even when you smile)

Being in love with your best friend is never easy, especially when that best friend thinks they deserve nothing but the bare minimum and thinks even that is too good for them. However, one incident of sleep walking, several near misses and the resulting hospital appointments and two cats who seem to remind everyone else of the pair of them have both men re-evaluating everything about their friendship.
