Buck moves one of his hands from Eddie's hip and places it over his hand which rests on top of his own heart. The other one grips the henley tightly. "I'm a wreck Eddie," he looks straight into Eddie's eyes trying and failing to see fear, dissapointment or anything he was so used of seeing. But he doesn't, because Eddie is not looking at him like he's a failure or someone who's just there to fill up space before something better comes along. He looks at him like he's his whole world. And Buck crumbles. A sob breaks through his chest and he drops his entire weight on Eddie, burrowing his head into Eddie's shoulder, arms tightening around him.
