Fics like Sonic the Hedgehog: Soul Hunters

Centuries have passed since the human race has nearly died out and the race of animal-human hybrids known as “Mobians” came to be. And yet as society improved for the better and the worse, tragedy still struck when, 5 years ago, an event called The Great Tragedy that was instigated by Dr. Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik happened. Many innocents and those who attempted to fight back against him died or were never heard of again. Years later, a certain blue hedgehog with super speed gains the ability to generate a shield with his own blood, unaware that he might be the key to Eggman's fall...and also the hero Neo-Mobius needs. In this new take of SEGA’s popular yet polarizing game series, spanned into many various adaptations, another new, different story of Sonic the Hedgehog is about to begin.
