Fics like The Veteran

After Sonic's capture and Shadow's disappearance at the hands of a mysterious new foe, things were looking bleak. Eggman was gaining ground all over the world, resistance centers were toppling one after another, and despite the best efforts of Sonic's friends to turn the tide, there didn't seem to be anyone capable of meeting Eggman's terrifying ally as his equal. Then she showed up, and the world turned sideways. OR: A still-powered Taylor, freshly reincarnated in a brand-new body after Gold Morning, becomes a power player in the resistance during Sonic Forces. In the words of Sonic's most hated ripoff, what could possibly go wrong?
