Fics like I Know Who You Pretend I Am

“Finn, I want you to meet Doc Hudson, otherwise known as the Hudson Hornet,” Mater announced loud and clear, his voice reverberating from the walls. Excitement and anticipation could be heard. Finn looked at the man in front of him. He was taller, definitely older. The years plastered onto his face. His hair was silver-blue. Navy eyes were trustworthy and patient. Finn, the ever-good agent, thrust his hand out for him to shake. “Finn McMissile. British Intelligence.” Hudson gave him a weary smile. It wasn’t welcoming, but it wasn’t unkind either. Finn understood why he didn’t shake his hand. “You can call me Doc. There’s no such thing as formality here in this town so you better get used to it.” OR, In which Mater really wants his two dads (Disclaimer: Not actual dads) to meet and he makes a “foolproof” plan to get them to like each other. Lightning thinks it’s a stupid idea, Sally and Flo are amused and the others watch on quietly as two disasters finally meet.
