Fics like i mean, camaraderie
Maverick was confused as to why he still kept getting invited to these Dagger Squad bar nights, now that the mission was so far behind them. He’d tried bowing out gracefully, but the cumulative effect of all those puppy eyes turned on him had him utterly unable to resist. It was nice that they still wanted to include him, really it was, but he knew it was only a matter of time before they moved onto the next deployment and he was just a figure fading away in their rearview mirrors. ~~~ Or, Mav joins the Daggers for a night out at the Hard Deck. Now, just where will he sit when there's no free seat?
