Fics like love is not finite

I’ve known Buck longer than you’ve been alive. He’s never taken you to the zoo or driven you to school or cooked you your favourite meal from scratch just because you asked. He’s never saved you from a tsunami. He’s never held you through nightmare after nightmare. He’s never come back from the dead because you told him to. He’s never sacrificed himself over and over and over to keep you safe. He’s never loved you like he loves me. Logically, Christopher knows there’s a reason Buck hasn’t done any of these things for Theo. He hasn’t been given the chance to. Yet. or Chris figures out his place in Buck’s life. He just has to yell at a child first.
