Fics like Rosie is Red, Victor is Too

My own personal take on why Rosie repainted herself red. Not exactly an original one, but I like this idea. Rosie, the victim of a very unfortunate accident, finds herself stuck in the steamworks for a long time. A very long time. All the while, Victor is there. A calm, friendly voice that keeps her grounded during the worst part of her life. When the time comes to repaint her coat, she makes a big decision.
