Fics like An Overdue Misunderstanding

It had been two years since the Owl Suppression Operation, a casualty-heavy operation that left Amon with a prosthetic arm. It had been two years since Eyepatch had been taken prisoner in Cochlea and lost his memories, and now, he was standing before Amon as a fellow Ghoul Investigator. Clearly, he would never get that conversation with Eyepatch. Or maybe he still could? When Amon invites Haise to his apartment in an attempt to have a discussion with him, Haise confuses the distant longing in Amon's eyes for a sign that Amon was somehow romantically involved with his past self. Amon decides not to correct him.
