Fics like (sugar pie, honey bunch) you know that i'm weak for you

Lex has run his mouth about Superman's hidden evil motives one too many times, and he's now been put on a probation period with the following terms: improve his public image—which is now starting to tank LuthorCorp's as well—in the next 12 months, or he'll be removed from his position as LuthorCorp's CEO. After much rage and a couple tantrums, he eventually devises a plan. He will recruit his executive assistant, Clark Kent, as his fake partner in a PR relationship, to distract the media from his Superman-related ramblings. It's completely foolproof, and he's certain it will be a success (as his plans usually are). One lie (his secret superhero alter ego, Superman) is fine for Clark to keep up with. Two lies (being Lex Luthor's fake partner) gets tricky. Three lies (hiding the fact that he is Superman from Lex, his fake partner)? Clark is completely over his head.
