Though Radar wants to drown in Hawkeye, something stirs in the back of his head and makes him pull away with a furrowed brow. Hawk tries to chase him, but Radar holds him there with a hand on his chest while digging into the weird discomfort. What is it? C'mon, what is it? "Everything okay?" Hawk asks softly, like he's afraid Radar's changed his mind about being with him. After a few more seconds of focus, Radar shakes his head. "No. Something's...something's wrong." Hawkeye tenses up. "What? What do you feel?" "I-I think..." And then the lightning strike of panic has him scrambling to his feet with a gasp. ~~~ After Radar finagles a 24-hour pass and sneaks off to Seoul with BJ and Hawkeye, a sudden ambush brings a deluge of wounded into the underprepared 4077th, and no matter how fast the three of them drive back, the damage has already been done. Too many lives were lost before they could arrive. It's all Radar's fault. If he hadn't left camp... If he hadn't been distracted by two men who can't even offer him a future... No matter what, he has to make sure that never happens again, and he can think of only one painful way to guarantee it.
