Fics like Bad Dreams

When Morgana and Agravaine attempted to take Camelot by siege, Merlin could only see one path forward: reveal himself, and push back their army. Now, with Agravaine dead and his secrets revealed, his relationship with Arthur seems broken beyond repair, especially since Arthur has sent him away from Camelot to represent the Crown's interest outside of the city. Accompanied by Gwaine, Percival, and two new knights, Merlin must endeavor to reassure the Kingdom and its allies that magic can be a force for good even as he navigates the pressures that come from being a newly-elevated noble and Arthur's recognized personal sorcerer. His quest begins with King Olaf and Lady Vivian.
