Fics like In the Shadow of Death

After the gunfight at Sad Hill, Tuco is left stranded in the desert once again. Only this time he's not alone; Angel Eyes is back from the dead with a taste for human flesh, and what’s worse, he has Tuco’s half of the gold. To get it back, Tuco will have to team up with a bounty hunter named Douglas Mortimer and his old partner Blondie, who seems to know an awful lot about creatures of the night. Putting aside their differences for the sake of Tuco’s money, the unlikely trio of monster-hunters find themselves getting closer to each other than they probably should, even as their quarry leaves a trail of blood and destruction in his wake.
