Steve is a fighter. A soldier when it comes down to it. He fights, he gets hurt, he gets back up, and he kills whatever Upside Down monster he gets faced with. So… why doesn’t he ever win fights against people his own age? Easy enough to answer; he doesn’t want to kill them. TL;DR - Steve being a total badass and a little “scary” for four chapters.
