Fics like Outrunning Fate is a Bad Idea

It has been eight years since the defeat of the Robotnik Empire and the restoration of royal family of Mobotropolis. When the first televised showing of the festival is shown to the rest of the world, Sonic and his friends go to the city to find if there is a way to get rid of Eggman for good. But only Sonic knows that his return will have consequences...after all prophecies have a nasty way of becoming true.
