Fics like History Favors a Loser

"Rimmer had always been in the habit of keeping a diary. It helped, in a way, knowing that once the day's pain and humiliation were over, he could rewrite it whatever way he wanted. Certainly, it had started as an earnest historical record of humanity's last days, but eventually the agony of reliving his past mistakes had driven Rimmer to make… edits. And maybe, just maybe, those edits had gone a bit… off the rails, as of late." Or, the boys get SO smegging weird about each other. You can consider this set in an alternate series 3-4 as that's where I was in my rewatch when I started on this, but it borrows elements from the entire show. Updates Tuesday and Friday.
