Fics like What Did I Tell You? It's Like Utopia!

After returning to 1986, Doc quickly learns that something is wrong-very wrong. Instead of his Hill Valley from his 1986, something had changed in 1931 leading to this new 1986, one where Hill Valley is a surveillance state. Left with a wrecked Delorean and his Marty McFly seemingly gone, Doc has to navigate this new Hill Valley, put the Delorean back in working order, and fix the past to repair his future. Kind of a roleswap(?) for the video game. Basically what if, instead of Doc disappearing in episode III, Marty disappears. Major spoilers for the video game, of course! Also, title is a work in progress. I couldn't think of anything, honestly-
