"Let’s raincheck all of that. I’m so sorry Big Dubs, but I’ve got a giant, super important science project I’ve got to bullshit in the next twelve hours,” Tommy starts running around the house, hastily shrugging on a coat and grabbing his backpack, “If you called ahead I could’ve warned ya. Sorry man.” “It’s- it’s okay,” Techno grits out. His perfect planning, thwarted by a school project. Tommy freezes, and quietly asks, “Wilbur, you won’t… leave again, right?” Techno has spent the past days dedicated to perfecting his hunt, his record full of successes. He can't fail here, he's an apex predator not swayed by emotions or impulses. “You’re not getting rid of me that easily," he smiles viciously. // Or, Techno is a monster who pretends to be Tommy’s brother so he can trick the kid into being his next meal. Somehow, he ends up caring for Tommy instead.
