Fics like Of Windblumes and Bamboo Shoots

"There you go again overthinking! I swear upon my bard's honour this is nothing more than lingering cat allergies!" The younger god jests, though he offers up his hand nonetheless, watching as Morax removes his gloves to allow a better judgement of temperature. "That doesn't sound like it'd be worth much to begin with." Morax huffs. The feel of his hand is warm, too warm. So is his wrist, and, after taking out a handkerchief to wipe the thin sheet of sweat from Barbatos' brows, Morax touches the back of his hand to the skin there only to find it much hotter than it's supposed to be. His frown only deepens when Barbatos shivers again with a grimace, though no breeze had blown past them despite their elevated position. The hand at his forehead lingers, turning so that his palm rests there instead in an act of tenderness and concern. "You wound me, old man!" Barbatos gasps indignantly, gently prying Morax's hand away from where it rests against his forehead, though not letting go either. OR; in the midst of the Windblume Festival, a certain bard comes down with a fever he desperately tries to hide, and it's up to the Geo Archon to nurse him back to health.
