Fics like Your Halo above a Shimmering Sea

Tommy spent every day overcome with sadness and loneliness and overwhelming frustration. His friends were either dead or gone, his family didn't talk to him, and he couldn't find it in him anymore to anticipate any future ideas that came his way, even after he'd done the deed of locking Dream up and securing his freedom. It just wasn't the same. He just wasn't the same. Then, one wish to the gods changes everything, and has Tommy waddling around and crying more than he used to as a hormonal teenage boy. Is this Tommy's second chance at happiness? Or is this the opposite, is this the hell he was so afraid of being a part of? And most importantly, even if this is hell, would he ever want to leave?
