Fics like The Weight of Us

The Seeker is gone, having failed in his quest to defeat the Keeper of the Underworld, just as the prophecy foretold. But the world has not yet broken at its seams. Richard's death and its uncertain circumstances invoke further mysteries. New prophecies are revealed. New dangers lurk. A new path is lit, pointing straight to the Mother Confessor's chair in Aydindril. Kahlan and Cara, exiting their careful solitude, grapple with their duties and the deepening bond between them. What comes next in a life without Richard? Sequel to I'll Carry You With Me (Just Please Hold On).
