Fics like Wood Always Pine Fir Yew

"We don't split up, we don't leave. We ride together, always." Kahlan and Cara have been on their own for quite some time. They know each other's movements, they know where each other's loyalties lie, and they also know they are far more similar than they think. When left to their own devices, what will become of them? How do you find love when it has always been there, waiting for you, even after you have ignored it all this time? Set during Book 6, Faith of the Fallen. Some extended scenes, some canon divergence, all sapphic wish fulfillment circa 2010's.
