Twenty-six-year-old Riccardo de Rosa never sticks to anything or anyone. He's tricky Ricky and after working the New York event circuit for a few years he's been very good and dancing in and around the elite rich—especially if it grants him a reward at the end. This is to much the ire of both his mom and nonna who know that he's capable of so much more. So, whilst Ricky would frequently prefer to slam the door in their faces, when an opportunity arises for Ricky to move half way across the world to London to work as a private nanny for the wealthy Laurent family, he's forced to at least throw his hat into the ring. Although he very quickly finds himself completely out of his depth, he's caught off guard as he really begins to care about the three children he's tasked to look after. Certainly more than just the generous pay. However, whilst the two younger Laurents become fast friends of their new nanny, Ricky frequently finding himself at loggerheads with the eldest son, Alphonse Laurent who, try as he might, refuses to accept Ricky's presence in his life. Can Ricky convince Alphonse that he isn't as shallow as he seems on the surface? Or will it all crumble and will Ricky be sent packing back to New York?
