Fics like two left feet

Evan Buckley has nearly choked to death, been crushed by a ladder truck, survived a lightning strike, and had a three-minute-and-17-second brush with death. What he apparently cannot survive is his sister’s upcoming wedding without first learning how to dance. Enter Tommy Kinard: firefighter pilot, part-time dance instructor, and the unfortunate man tasked with teaching Buck what to do with his feet. It should be simple. A few lessons, a little rhythm, one father-daughter dance without bodily injury. But when Buck and Tommy start blurring the line between dance partners and something more, staying on beat might be the least complicated part.
