Fics like Future/Android/Cell Saga Time Distortions.

Age 767, after the defeat of the Tyrannical Frieza by the tempered hands of the Legendary Super Saiyan on the outskirts of Planet Namek, peace has finally been restored for all. For a period of time, Earths strongest guardians were finally able to give a sigh of relief from the jumbled downsides that came with their passion for the martial arts and bettering their fighting abilities. However, hidden behind the curtains of bliss and the tranquil landscapes of soothing pacifism, a lingering evil from the past has begun to sprout its ugly head from the ground. In no time, as fast as the peacetime arrived, came a wave of chaos brewed out of nowhere as the present was condemned into a doomed future. Piccolo was the first to fight, and the first to die. Next was Vegeta. Tien, Yamcha, Chiaotzu, not even poor Krillin was spared. All of it rampaging until their souls and spirits departed from their homes, never to be tended to ever again. And yet, the future has always been ambiguous, perplexing to see through, but never trampled upon. So many blurry timelines, both past - present - and future - obscured by bigger ones... until today.
