Fics like In Jason Todd’s Defense, It Was a Bet

It starts with a bet. “I bet you couldn’t beat someone up with double-ended dildo nunchucks.” Unfortunately, Jason Todd has never been particularly good at walking away from a challenge. Four prototypes, one deeply unfortunate test run involving Roy Harper, and three weeks later, Jason finally gets his chance when the Joker escapes Arkham. Four exhausting days into the manhunt, the entire Batfamily gets to witness Jason Todd successfully knock the Joker unconscious with a pair of homemade, 3D-printed, silicone-covered dildo nunchucks. Jason wins the bet. Bruce develops a migraine. Roy demands everyone acknowledge that he was an unwilling test subject. Dick nearly dies laughing. And Tim Drake discovers that watching Jason weaponize sex toys has somehow made his already hopeless crush significantly worse. Which would be embarrassing enough if Jason didn't suddenly start noticing Tim's hands. And his eyes. And his laugh. And his mouth. Especially his mouth. Or: Jason Todd sets out to prove that dildo nunchucks are a viable weapon and accidentally acquires a boyfriend along the way.
