Fics like The Brambled Rose

There was nothing but pure white to be seen, if she could see at all. A voice boomed in her mind, as if heard but never spoken, and flashes of yellow filled her vision in time with the speech. “Ruby Rose. You risked your life to correct our mistakes, and as a result, it was taken. One of our creations sacrificed themselves for our benefit, and for the first time in our eternal lives, we were moved. Allow us to repay your efforts. We cannot restore your current life, but we can offer you this paltry substitute. Please accept our gift.” Then there was black, and she woke up.
