Fics like To the world long gone and to my future

Once upon a time when humans still walked the earth there was someone named Makoto Yuki who, in order to save the world from Nyx, gave up her life to become the Great Seal and serve as the boundry between Nyx and Erebus. Centuries go by and humanity goes extinct. Octolings and Inklings and various other sea life inheriting the earth. Makoto is born again as the octoling Shiver Hohojiro. Now she needs to live her life to the fullest. Seems simple enough.
