But,” she grimaced. “We’ve noticed that your scents’ been a tad strong lately, and we’re wondering if you, you know, might be…” she trailed off in discomfort. “Going into rut,” Angel Dust said from his spot across from Lucifer. He looked easy-going at first glance, but there was wire-thin tension in his shoulders. Lucifer focused his senses and caught the faint mustiness underlying his beta scent, and his stomach clenched. It was unease. Charlie’s friend felt uneasy. Because of him //// Lucifer does not like being an alpha. Doesn't like anything about being an alpha. With the sudden realization that his rut is approaching, he struggles to cope with all the complicated feelings it brings with it; about him, the hotel, and his place in it. He doesn't expect to find help in Charlie's annoying-as-shit "hotelier," but Alastor seems to know what he's doing, so...there's that, at least.
