Fics like Feverish Love

"Sp'nce..." Aaron’s voice was a rough, cracked rasp, barely carrying across the pillows. "Why... why am I like this?" Spencer paused his hand on Aaron's back, tilting his head slightly. "Like what?" "This," Aaron muttered, a flicker of self-deprecating frustration crossing his pale face. He looked down at the hand still clinging desperately to Spencer's shirt, his thumb rubbing uncertainly against the fabric. "Acting like... like a child. Being so... needy. I don't understand it. I’ve never... I don't know how to do this." Spencer’s heart ached. He shifted closer, pulling Aaron’s upper body just a little higher so he could rest comfortably against Spencer’s chest. "You aren't acting like a child, Aaron. You're sick. You have a raging flu and you've been throwing up all day. It is completely human to want comfort when you feel like this." ---- Aaron has the flu and Spencer is there to nurse him back to health.
