Fics like The Empire of the Damned
Rod Smallwood, the long term manager of one of the biggest selling rock band in the world should be enjoying a life of retirement right now. However, he suddenly found himself waking up in a stranger and dangerous world where nothing made sense and danger followed his footsteps. Suddenly given the unwanted job of being the Director of the Cocoon Research Institute, a human experimentation program with the goal of raising perfect child soldiers, he was forced to play a role which didn't suit him. But for the sake of this group of small children who looked like the younger versions of the members of the band Iron Maiden, he would act as the biggest villain of this world if he had to.
