Fics like Rose Petals

Steven Adler is new on the job. He is taken under the wing of Duff McKagan, his cowoker and mentor. They work well together, alongside the rest of their CSI team, and have proven to be one of the best crime labs in the country. Cases are solved everyday, but that doesn't mean that the team don't have their own personal problems. Duff is having an affair with his supervisor, who is married. Steven is completely new to Los Angeles, and has no idea how to handle his new life and job. Janet feels like her life is going nowhere, and that her job is getting to her. The team struggles, but they're going to struggle even more, when faced with one of the most prolific serial killers of Los Angeles, the famed Rose Ripper.
