Fics like Vigilantes or Thieves

The Phantom Thieves are vigilantes dedicated to taking down the corrupt criminals of the world that Pro-Heroes can't, but times are changing and the world grows ever restless. Can the Thieves uncover the secrets of this world born from the convergence and win their freedom, or are they doomed to fail in their rehabilitation? The Phantom Thieves exist in the world of MHA already, and their personas are expressed as quirks. While palaces, the metaverse, and stealing hearts is still a thing, most of the infiltration takes place in the real world. The story starts during Okumura's infiltration several months before the start of U.A. This is a world born of the fusion, from the Phantom Thieves’ greatest failure.
