Fics like the art of asking questions

"Tommy why are we doing this again?" Now, Tubbo knew that from an outside perspective, this sort of question was one you asked long before you found yourself about to climb down a chimney into a hopefully extinguished fire into a hopefully empty room in a definitely not empty royal palace, but if you were an outside perspective, that meant you'd never had to deal with Tommy Innit before, and therefore could fuck off with your opinions. As nice as a clear explanation would be, getting solid information out of Tommy was usually a matter of chasing him round while he went about his latest harebrained scheme, and chipping away with strategically placed questions. Tommy, from where he was preparing to shimmy down said chimney, looked at Tubbo like he was an idiot, "Because I have a guy on the inside and we're broke." "Okay yes I did work that bit out, but why-" OR Tubbo and Tommy attempt a heist, on the word of a stranger Tommy meets in a dark alleyway at night. This somehow ends with a job offer instead of jail time
