Fics like Complicated

Eddie’s brain short-circuited for a second. He’d expected the chair. The empty, safe chair across the room. Not this. Not the sudden, overwhelming closeness of Buck’s body heat radiating up through his jeans, not the faint scent of whatever cologne Buck had sprayed earlier. Something woodsy and warm that always made Eddie’s mouth go a little dry. The guy was literally sitting between his legs, like they were in some kind of couple’s lounge pose instead of… whatever the hell this was. Buck tilted his head back just enough to grin up at Eddie, eyes sparkling with that same mischievous glint from the bar. “Comfy up there, princess?” “Shut up and play,” Eddie muttered, but his voice came out rougher than he meant it to. He forced his gaze to the screen, where Buck’s character was already getting bodied. ----- or, Eddie is in love with Buck, and everyone can see it. Except Buck, apparently. Who "clearly" doesn't feel the same a fic about two idiots who need a near death experience to actually get their shit together
