Fics like This is on you.

Alec finally had enough. Ever since Clary Fray had entered the fray, it was unsanctioned mission after unsanctioned mission, interspersed with some law breaking and following the demands of a wanna-be Shadowhunter. The same wanna-be Shadowhunter who had turned out to be Valentine’s daughter. And now a mundane she had been carting around had been kidnapped by Vampires. Of course, Clary Fray blamed it all on them. Or: I’ve been rewatching Shadowhunters and, while I always thought all that Clary/Jace drama was annoying, damn, Clary was really problematic in the beginning. So let me fix that. This takes place right at the beginning of s1e03 Dead Man's Party.
