Fics like systems on scales

Dream lives an ordinary life, working at a small cafe in the city of Essempi. His powers are nothing special; he's able to see how powerful a person is on a scale of 1-10. It shouldn't cause any trouble or interfere with him going about his daily life… That is, until it accidentally reveals the identities of the most wanted villains in the city. …It would seem that any chance to stay uninvolved has been completely and utterly ruined.
