Chi-Chi had always had a simplistic view of romance. She would be swept off her feet, showered in kisses and be wed to the man she loved more than anything: Son Goku. But then he forgot about her. And agreed to marry her just for the sake of keeping a childhood promise. And doesn’t seem to understand the true significance of saying “I do.” In the weeks that follow the exchanging of vows, Chi-Chi has to confront the obvious: Goku is not the man she thought he was. And it’s up to her to figure out if she’s willing to make it work.
