Fics like couch potato

It's not just that Ilya's gotten seriously fat - he's out of shape, as well. That part, more than the body weight, stings. He used to be capable of doing anything he wanted to do: winning a Cup, dancing all night, fucking Shane's brains out. But now his effort has disintegrated, leaving the indolence he'd always been told lay at his core. It's not just that he can't exert himself - and he really can't, he's begun sweating like a pig and heaving minutes into sex - it's that he doesn't even want to. He wants to lie down. He wants to rest. He wants to eat. That's the scary part. That's a part he doesn't want Shane to see, or notice, or comment on. But again, they haven't talked about it. or: Shane's teasing goes too far one night and hits a nerve he didn't know was there.
