Fics like Surrounded by Idiots: Teyvat Edition

To a man exhausted by the incompetence of his coworkers, there was only one Holy Grail: Surrounded by Idiots by Thomas Erikson. He bought it on a rainy Tuesday and completely absorbed it. The Four-Color Personality Model—Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue—became his Bible. Human madness finally made sense. It was the last book he’d ever love; on his way to buy the sequel, Surrounded by Liars, a stray truck violently ended his corporate misery. Instead of the void, he woke up behind a massive oak desk. He had transmigrated as Eroch, the doomed, corrupt bureaucrat from Genshin Impact destined to collude with mad scientists, orchestrate a traumatic cover-up, and die a traitor. It is Day One of his promotion to Inspector of the Knights of Favonius. Weaponless, without a Vision, and sitting on a political time bomb, he only has one tool: a fully memorized behavioral psychology book. He never got to read Surrounded by Liars, a massive shame since Mondstadt is full of them. But Eroch takes a deep breath and prepares to treat Teyvat like a toxic corporate office. TL;DR: Your author wants to see if the principles of Surrounded by Idiots can be applied to Genshin Impact.
