Fics like Bury The Hatchet

There was a pause. The bond stretched. They looked at each other with fire in their eyes, but did not ignite their weapons. “No killing,” Kenobi eventually said, and Anakin scoffed. He barely killed people, only a few per mission. It usually wasn’t necessary, and he didn’t like to make a habit of it. “No telling anyone who I am. No escalating this,” he countered, to which the Jedi nodded. “Not tonight,” he answered, like a promise. - OR: When Qui-Gon dies before being able to rescue Anakin and Shmi, the course of events in the galaxy changes. Some time after Shmi dies in slavery, Anakin gets found by Count Dooku, who raises him into a Sith. But a problem arises when Anakin suddenly develops a bond with the Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi, seemingly out of nowhere. Now Anakin is searching for justice and revenge in a war-ridden galaxy with a Jedi on his heels who just won't go away. Or die, for that matter. (Enemies to friends/brothers with Anakin and Obi-Wan)
