Fics like Maybe Not in This Universe (But in the Next)

Teor Pridesire is dead. Instead of finding peace, he awakens in a universe that isn't his own, where old friends live, history has changed, and no one remembers the life he left behind. Least of all Wicander Halovar. As Teor searches for answers, he discovers that the kind hearted light priest is now a prince and only weeks away from marrying the High Prince of Pain. Teor doesn't know why fate gave him a second life, but he knows one thing with absolute certainty. There is no world in which letting Wicander marry a demon prince ends well. And if saving him happens to involve spending far too much time around Wicander again... Well. That's simply an unfortunate coincidence. **** AKA, Teor dies in canon and gets dropped into an alternate universe, where his completely platonic mission is to save Wicander from marrying a demon prince. Falling in love with Wic along the way is... purely an unfortunate side effect. **** Not even death can stop the Wicander Halovar/Teor Pridesire shippers.
