Fics like This isn't an evolution

It’s the year 3048, and Earth is overpopulated, under-resourced and suffocating to death under compounded centuries of abuse. Humanity senses they will run out of time long before they advance enough to reverse centuries of environmental pollution or learn to accelerate planetary terraformation. Here starts Plan A - asking the not-so-friendly neighbours for help, except, well, unfortunately, human diplomacy and Eridian diplomacy are totally incompatible. No biggie (medium to little whoop). A minor revision and now Plan A is - Diplomacy the shit out of these aliens using lab-grown and human-piloted Eridian bodies. Enter Ryland Grace and his unintentional Plan B - Fumbling accidentally into seducing the celebrated Eridian Engineer who saved Erid and his brilliant head scientist husband.
