Fics like anything to make you happy (anything to feel your love)

Y’know, if you’d asked Eliot a decade ago what his perfect Saturday night would look like, he probably would’ve told you it’d look like beers at the bar with his buddies while they watch the hockey game. Maybe they go for pizza afterward at the dive down the street; maybe he meets someone at that same dive, takes ’em home. A nice heated make-out on the couch, then move it to the bedroom for a roll in the hay. After that (plus round two, and maybe even round three), a homemade breakfast (of course he makes breakfast—he’s a gentleman, is he not?) and a parting kiss on the cheek. Then they go their separate ways. And there you have it: Perfect Saturday night (and bonus Sunday morning too). Well. Perfect Saturday night for ten-years-ago Eliot. For current Eliot? Okay, listen—he’s aware this is cheesy. Fully aware. That said, he loves cheese, and he also doesn’t give a rat’s ass what you think, so: A perfect Saturday night for current Eliot is coming home with flowers and takeout for his husband and his wife. — Eliot spends a cozy night at home with his beloveds, and it reminds him how good he’s got it 🩷
